Announce a New Distribution Partnership

Caballo Negro Energy has entered into a new distribution partnership with JRS Distribution LLC of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Through the terms of this partnership agreement, Caballo Negro 16 oz. will be sold to energy drink consumers through approximately 1,000 retail outlets in Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

“Caballo Negro offers an outstanding opportunity to open a new product category for our distribution network,” said Isaias Garcia, Category Manager of JRS Distribution. “Caballo Negro compliments the products we currently handle, so we see a lot of opportunity for cross promotions.”

JRS Distribution is a master distributor for Barcel USA, focusing on chips and candies aimed primarily at Hispanic consumers. Their product rollout plan for Caballo Negro includes special pricing as well as aggressive marketing and product sampling.

For Caballo Negro Energy, the new partnership represents a strategic move into Central States region, better positioning the company to meet its ambitious sales and market expansion goals for 2010.
